How far in advance do I have to do my booking?
You have to do it with at least 2 hours in advance.
Once I have a reservation, is there something else I should do?
No. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you just have to go to the Departures Terminal and we will be waiting for you. A driver will be available 20 min before the start of your reservation and you will be able to contact him directly.
Can I edit my reservation? Can I cancel it? Will there be a cancellation fee?
For now, it is not possible to edit the reservation, but it will be possible very soon.
If you want to change anything regarding your reservation, you´ll have to cancel it and do it again.
Just remember, if you cancel your reservation 1h or less before your pick up time, it will have a cancellation fee of 10€ in Spain and 15€ in the US.
PICK UP AND RETURN
Where do I leave my car? Where do you return it to me? If you are in Spain, pick up and return will be at Departures Terminal.
If yo u are in the United States, we will pick up your car at the Departures Terminal you are fliying out of and we will return it to you at the Arrivals Terminal you come back to.
What happens if I arrive earlier or if, by contrast, I´m late?
We will be at the meeting point 20 min before the start of your reservation. Through the app, you´ll have the ability to contact your driver via call or text in case your schedule changes. Also, there is a customer support number that you can call whenever you need to.
How do I know who is my driver?
At the time your reservation is about to start, you can see your driver´s information. You will also see a security code that only you and your specific driver have, to confirm that you have the corret driver. Our drivers are perfectly uniformed with an orange or white shirt or orange jacket that says "Valeet" on the front and back.
Where do you park my car?
Your car will be parked in one of our secured parking lots near the airport.
PAYMENT AND INVOICES
How do I pay?
You pay through the app once your full service is completed. You will put your credit card information in "Payment methods" when you download the app.
What happens if the credit card I used does not work?
Our support team will contact you to resolve this issue.
I did apply a promo code, Why I do not see if it´s working?
You will receive a confirmation once you applied it. You will see the discount at the receipt.
Can I use my promo code on my reservation if I just cancelled my previous reservation?
Of course! If you did not use the discount, you can use it the next time you book with us.
I need an invoice, how can I request it?
Of course! You can request an invoice by sending an email to email@example.com
How can I contact valeet?
